Welcome to COTL

Lil' Lambs Closet

Be a Seller

All Consignors will pay a $10 registration fee for the Fall and Spring Sales
and a $7 registration fee for the October Toy Sale.
(this fee helps pay for administrative costs, advertising, food at the clothing sales, etc. There is NO food provided at the October Sale)
This fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale.

There is no minimum to the number of items
that can be sold; however, the maximum is 200 items
.

We strongly recommend that sellers use the option to
reduce some (or all) of their items to HALF off if they haven't sold by Saturday. It can only increase your check and reduce the number of items you take home after the sale!
This option is only available at the Spring and Fall Sales.
There are no 1/2 off items for the Toy Sale in October.

Please remember that the success of the sale depends on having items to sell. If you are unable to use your seller number after you registered for the upcoming sale, PLEASE Contact Us. This will allow someone on the waiting list to participate as a seller. Failing to do this before March 1st will place you on the "Prohibited To Sell" list for the next two sales and you will still be charged your registration fee.

Steps for Seller Registration

On-Line Registration opens on

January 24th at 7 P.M.
and is limited to 200 sellers

**Prior to being able to register, you will need to read the Seller Agreement and Accept the terms of the agreement to proceed with registration.

* At that time, you will either obtain a new seller number (if this is your first time selling) or activate your number from the last sale.

* You will need to pick your drop-off times. Many fill up quickly since it is first come, first serve.
February 29th is the deadline for signing up for a drop-off time. Failure to complete these steps by that date will result in being placed on the "Prohibited to Sell" list for the next two sales.

Drop-off times will be
Wednesday evening, March  7th and
Thursday, during the day, March
8th
.

The complete list of drop-off times
is available when you register.

**After picking your drop off time, you will need to choose at least one work shift. The shifts are FOUR HOURS LONG. There is no correlation to the number of items you have in your inventory and the number of shifts you must work. However, there is a correlation between the shifts you work and when you get to preshop on Friday evening.

**We will be offering a preshopping time on
Thursday evening from 6-9PM for consignors and volunteers. Please see the guidelines on the Volunteer Page for full details about preshopping.

Prepare your items with the intent
of ALL being accepted. If you are not
going to put the effort into making an item
acceptable, don't list it in your inventory.

Work shifts start on Tuesday, March 6th and continue
through Saturday, March 10th.
