All Consignors will pay a $10 registration fee for the Fall and Spring Sales.
For the October Toy Sale, the fee will only be $3.
(this fee helps pay for administrative costs, advertising, food, etc.)
This fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale.
There is no minimum to the number of items
that can be sold; however, the maximum is 250 items.
We strongly recommend that sellers use the option to
reduce some (or all) of their items to HALF off if they haven't sold by Saturday. It can only increase your check and reduce the number of items you take home after the sale! This option is only available at the Spring and Fall Sales. There are no 1/2 off items for the Toy Sale in October.
Please remember that the success of the sale depends on having items to sell. If you are unable to use your seller number after you registered for the upcoming sale, PLEASE Contact Us. This will allow someone on the waiting list to participate as a seller. Failing to do this before August 1st will place you on the "Prohibited To Sell" list for the next two sales and you will still be charged your registration fee.
Steps for Seller Registration
On-Line Registration opens on
Saturday, May 1st at 7 A.M.
and is limited to 250 sellers
**Prior to being able to register, you will need to read the NEW Seller Agreement and Accept the terms of the agreement to proceed with registration.
* At that time, you will either obtain a new seller number (if this is your first time selling) or activate your number from the last sale.
* You will need to pick your drop-off times. Many fill up quickly since it is first come, first serve.
August 10th is the deadline for signing up for a drop-off time. Failure to complete these steps by that date will result in being placed on the "Prohibited to Sell" list for the next two sales.
Drop-off times will be Wednesday and Thursday, August 11th and 12th.
The complete list of drop-off times
is available when you register.
**After picking your drop off time, you will need to pick at least one workshift. We are requiring all sellers to work ONE shift this sale. The shifts are FOUR HOURS LONG this time. There is no correlation to the number of items you have in your inventory and the number of shifts you must work.
**Preshopping on Thursday evening is based on the number of shifts you sign up to work. Working the required one shift allows you to preshop from 7-8 PM on Thursday, August 12th. Working two or more shifts allows you to preshop from 6-7 PM on Thursday, August 12th.
Prepare your items with the intent of ALL being accepted. If you are not going to put the effort into making an item acceptable, don't list it in your inventory.
Please keep in mind that we no longer offer childcare.
Workshifts start on Tuesday, August 10th and continue
through Saturday, August 14th.

August 10th is the deadline for signing up and changing workshift times. Failure to complete these steps by that date will result in being placed on the "Prohibited to Sell" list for the next two sales.
