Dropping Off and Picking Up Items
Our barcode tag system will make it even easier to drop off and pick up. We have worked hard to make this process as streamlined as possible! You will need to have your Drop-off time chosen by February 29. Failure to do so will result in being placed on the prohibited to sell list for the next two sales.


PRIOR TO DROP-OFF

Don't forget: sellers are limited to a MAXIMUM of 200 items -no overages accepted! If you have more than 200 items, you will need to register for a second seller number and pay an additional registration fee for that number. You will also need a 2nd email to use for the system to allow you to have two seller numbers. You will enter all your additional items under this new number, need a drop off time and an additional workshift for this number. You will be paid two separate checks for the two seller numbers. No last minute substitutions! All tagging must be done prior to 10 p.m. on March 5th. Have all your items tagged, and double-check for correct tags. For security purposes, only bring your I.D. and keys with you. Please leave your purses at home. Place all items in containers or drape trash bags over clothing like a garment bag to keep your items together. Clearly label all your boxes/containers with your name and seller number. It is also a good idea to let us know how many containers are yours by marking them 1 of 8, 2 of 8, and so on.

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO DROP OFF

*Sign -in at the Drop Off Table FIRST - If you are more than 20 minutes early for your drop off time, you may be asked to wait to unload your items.
*Load your items onto the shopping carts that we provide.

*Your items will be inspected at the check-in table and anything that is unacceptable will be returned to you.
*Your acceptable items will be placed on the sales floor.
**When signing in, please let the table worker know if you are staying until your items are checked or returning at a later time. If you are leaving and returning later, you must pick up your unaccepted items and containers by the end of your drop off day or prior to preshopping on Thursday evening.
**We also ask that you clearly label any containers you are using to bring items in, with your name and seller number. Any containers left at the end of that drop off day, will be donated. We are always in need of boxes for donations so if you would like to donate your containers from the start, let us know when you drop off.
Your registration fee of $10
will be deducted from your final check at the end of the sale.


PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

There are work shifts for teardown but we can always use extra hands. Teardown begins at noon, and is hopefully complete and ready for pick up by 3 p.m.(An email will be sent if it is ready sooner)
Once all items are sorted, a chairwoman will signoff on the items, double checking that the items belong to that seller.
ONLY AFTER ALL ARE CHECKED, will we allow items to be taken. If you arrive to pick up items and we are not finished sorting, we will expect your help. Please remember that we are all volunteers trying to get everything done as quickly and accurately as we possibly can. We will also be giving you your check at that time (but it can not be cashed until at least March 15th). Please do not leave without it. You will be asked to sign for your check.

*If you want to donate ALL of your unsold items, we will donate your items to charity and but we ask that you provide a stamped self-addressed business sized envelope 
*If you would like someone other than yourself to be allowed to pick up your unsold items and check, you must notify us of that in writing by emailing us at administration@cotl-lillambscloset.com by Wednesday, March 7. The person you designate must be prepared to show a picture I.D. We highly suggest that you inform this person of big items to double check for in case they didn't sell and are located in a different area.
**We will have a lost and found area that we encourage
you to look through before you leave. 

Items left past 4:00 pm will be donated to charity.
We appreciate your punctuality and understanding!
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Remember--we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods,
or for unsold goods due to lost tags or missing parts.
