How it Works

THERE ARE MANY CHANGES TO ACCEPTABLE CATEGORIES AND LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS FOR EACH CATEGORY. We highly suggest getting your inventory entered early to insure you don't get closed out of certain categories.

How Much Can I Make?

  • Easy online registration - $10 non-refundable fee for clothing sales and $7 non-refundable fee for toy sale.


  • You will be asked to read and agree to our seller agreement before you can complete your registration.


  • A PAYPAL Shopping Cart will open to pay the Mandatory registration fee of $10.00 for the March and August clothing sales, and $7.00 for the November Toy sale. 


  • Once you pay, your registration is still not complete until you actually see the words "You have been successfully registered." If you do not see these words, you are paid, but not registered. DO NOT PAY AGAIN. Send us an email with your phone number and a member of our registration committee will call you to help you complete the registration process.​


  • Register for a drop off time -  Drop off takes between 20 and 30 minutes. Checking your tags carefully to ensure they are accurate and displayed properly will help speed up the process as well as making sure your items are clean and in proper working order. We HIGHLY suggest signing up for a drop off that is DURING your work shift. 


  • Register for a work shift- Consignors MUST work 1 work shifts for the clothing sales in August and March.  We HIGHLY suggest signing up for a work shift that is when you also DROP OFF!  If you work 2 or 3 work shifts, you get to shop during the earliest pre-shopping slot. You may sign up for 2 or 3 shifts to get earlier pre-shopping access. If you sign up for a third shift  you will get a $10 shopping voucher or be reimbursed your registration fee (Your choice). You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer. CHILDREN MAY NOT ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR WORK SHIFT UNLESS THEY ARE SIGNED UP AS A JUNIOR WORKER AND MEET THE JUNIOR WORKER CRITERIA. *New age requirements!*


  • Requirements for the Toy Sale are a bit different. Consignors can send an email to OPT OUT of working. A $10 fee will be taken out of your final check for this. We also LIMIT IT TO THE FIRST 20 CONSIGNORS. The opt out option is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE TOY SALE. 


  • SIGN UP FOR REMIND for text or email reminders about lost tags, missing items, pick up or if an emergency arises. To sign up for text - send a text to 81010. In the message put @lambs21. If it asks you for your name, please type your full name with your consignor number. To sign up for email - send an email to lillambscl@mail.remind.com. Leave the subject and message area blank. Remind is reserved for our active consignors only so please do not sign up unless you are selling at the current sale. If you are having someone else pick up your items in the end, make sure that person signs up also. We remove all names after each sale's registration opens and you MUST sign up again. 


  • Start Entering your Inventory into the System. Enter DETAILED descriptions and prices for up to 200 active items. Check your inactive inventory carefully to move items that are accepted at this sale to active.  If you have more than 200 items, you can email Paula at administration@cotl-lillambscloset.com and request for another 200 items to be allowed on your number. We will deduct $5 from your check at the conclusion of the sale. There is now a maximum of 400 items at this sale. We also are limiting the additional items requests to 25 requests. You must have 200 items already entered before we will open up the next 200. By doing it this way, you only have one number for all your items. You only have one drop off time. You are only required to work one work shift. (If you activate two numbers, you are required to work two work shifts, register for two drop offs, and pay the $10 registration fee for both numbers. You also are not allowed to combine your shifts to pre-shop at the earliest time) 


  • Choose to donate any unsold items.  Less to pickup, less to 
    store, and you'll be helping out some very worthy organizations!


  • Prepare your items so they are in the best condition possible for a quick sale.  Help us help you!  Make it look new - clean sells faster! Always consider what is the most sellable in your items. Consider the sale and put items your child would wear/use for that sale.


  • Print your price tags, affix to the items and drop them off for the sale.


  • Confirm that you followed the Seller's Checklist.

  • Consignors/volunteers get EARLY access to the presale.  Those working 2 shifts are allowed to shop Thursday, August 12 starting at 5 PM. Those working 1 shift are allowed to shop Thursday, August 12th starting at 6:30 PM. Children are highly discouraged due to COVID and limiting the number allowed to be shopping at one time. Children that do come, must stay beside their parent at all times for safety reasons and are asked to not play with any of the items or walk inside the racks.
    • Consignors and Volunteers may invite 5 friends to attend our Friends and Family Preshopping Event on Thursday, August 12th from 7:30-9 PM.
