- All Consignors MUST sign-up for one 3-hr. work-shift for the clothing sales in March and August. You may sign up for 2 or 3 shifts to get earlier pre-shopping access. If you sign up for a third shift, you will get a $10 shopping voucher or be reimbursed your registration fee (Your choice).
- FOR THE TOY SALE ONLY - consignors have the option of opting out of working by paying an additional $10 fee. This is limited to the first 20 requests. Please email us if you'd like to opt out of working.
- If you fail to show up for an assigned time slot without prior notice, you will lose your pre-shopping privileges, be charged $15(deducted from your final check) PLUS be put on the prohibited seller list. If you can't make your shift, we expect you to pick up a different shift. We rely on our volunteers to help us run a successful sale!
- FREE Admission to the Presale! Those working 2 shifts are allowed to shop Friday, November 12th starting at 5:30 PM. Those working 1 shift are allowed to shop Friday, November 12th starting at 6:30 PM. Children are highly discouraged due to COVID and limiting the number allowed to be shopping at one time. Children that do come, must stay beside their parent at all times for safety reasons and are asked to not play with any of the items or walk inside the racks.
Consignors and Volunteers may invite 5 friends to attend our Friends and Family Preshopping Event on Friday, November 12th from 7:30-9 PM.
Junior Volunteers
- You don't have to be a consignor to volunteer.
- All volunteers get to preshop - see descriptive above
General Shift Information
- Due to liability we can no longer allow volunteers under the age of 18 who are not members of the church or involved in approved community service with their school system.
- Junior Volunteers - those under 18, but at least 14- must create their own volunteer account and sign up for the junior workshifts only.
- Junior Volunteers are allowed no more than 2 consecutive workshifts.
- Shifts are in 3-hr increments.
- Shifts will no longer be divided into work descriptions. Shifts will just be listed as a 3-hour time period. We will give you a job to do when you sign in. Most likely it will be listed by your name at sign-in. Please make sure you check this if working consecutive shifts. Please let us know if you require a sitting job due to medical reasons. We will gladly accommodate your needs.
Volunteering
We plan to continue the spacing we used at the last two sales. THERE WILL BE LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS FOR EACH CATEGORY. We highly suggest getting your inventory entered early to insure you don't get closed out of certain categories.
